Can I advertise my business on here even though I do not have a website?
Answer: Yes. We actually encourage it. Paying hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars to publish a website with no established business does not make sense economically. That is why we offer a program with the Gold Package that is the best of both worlds. You receive a domain of your choice(assuming it is still available) and everytime someone types in your web address they are directed right to your profile here with all necessary company information. URL redirection is one of the most exciting features we offer as it will enable many companies not already present on the web to get their name out there in a professional directory for fractions less than setting up even the most basic website.

Are there any setup fees to get my advertisement on this site?
Answer: No. There are options available to either pre-pay for your subscription or simply pay monthly. Significant discounts are available for long term subscriptions or you can just pay your montly fee to start and then be automatically charged that same amount until you cancel your membership.

What are the advantages of listing my business with your directory vs some of the major companies out there?
Answer: The first thing most companies look at is cost and there is no directory out there that provides the services we do for anywhere in the ballpark of what we charge. This site was designed from a consumer stand point. There is no jumping through hoops to find what you are looking for. Click the desired category in your area, you see quality results, it is that simple. The extremely user friendly features, quality results and extensive marketing are bringing consumers back time and time again.

Can I change my advertisement during the one year period while it is posted on your site?
Answer: Yes. You simply go to the contact page and email changes@smallbusinessaz.com with all your necessary additions or changes. Only emails sent from the preferred email address on the account will be accepted. You will receive a receipt of all changes. Typical turnaround is 24-48 hours so please plan accordingly.

Are you open to advertise any business on here?
Answer: No. You will not see any ads on here posted for any major franchise or corporation. There are exceptions, for example, you will not see an ad for say Edward Jones, but you might see an ad for an individual financial professional that works for Edward Jones. Our goal is to provide a service to local small businesses that you are not well known among the general public. Local businesses are permitted to post in all 3 sections as long as they have an establishment in each of the locations. No multiple posts will be permitted for a single location unless multiple subscriptions are purchased.

Will I need to re-size my images so that they fit in my profile?
Answer: No. We do require a minimum size for images so that when they are scaled to fit your ad they will not look distorted or pixelated. All images will be scaled in proportion and not stretched or distorted.

Since my business services the whole valley is there a way I can be located in each of the 3 locations?
Answer. Yes. The only way you will be able to post in all 3 areas with a single membership will be if you have at least 3 seperate locations. And if that is the case then you will be required to purchase the Gold Package and ads will be developed for each location and posted in the designated area. The only other option available is to purchase individual subscriptions and in that case you can post in as many areas/categories as you wish.

Can I submit my own ad to be placed on my profile page?
Answer: No. The reason for that is we want to develop consistency in our ads so people know where to look for desired information.

What if I do not have a logo or any company photos?
Answer: That will not be a problem. In place of your logo your company name will be inserted and there will be nothing else in the top section where the additional photos would be. Although, we do highly recommend getting a logo and some additional company photos as it is a lot more eye catching and gives the consumer just that much more recognition with your business.

If I purchase the Gold Package do I have to get a URL re-directed here?
Answer: No. That is merely an option just like the coupon/promotion option. The only required information required is marked with an asterisk on the submission form. If it is not marked then it is not required. We do recommend including as much information and images as possible to make your ad more appealing and professional.

How come I cannot just update or change my profile manually anytime I want?
Answer: We know it is very convenient to be able to update your profile anytime you like but our reason for not allowing this is a very simple one. We strive to maintain a very professional format and to avoid potential mistakes or distorted images or logos, we simply choose to have all updates done in house to assure quality and consistency.

Is payment for my subscription all required up front?
Answer: No. You have the option to either pre-pay for your membership or choose the monthly payment method where you will be charged either $25 or $40 depending on the membership, every 30 days until the subscription is cancelled.

Can I post my business in multiple categories?
Answer: Yes, however you will have to buy seperate subscriptions for each category. The reason for this is that since we are limiting our results to 25 for each category, if everyone picked 2 or 3 categories there would not be enough diversity among the businesses listed and defeat the entire purpose of this directory.
